Grace Cardoza
Hi, I’m Grace, co-owner of HomeBody Holistic Studio, where I weave well-being and holistic growth into every breath. I began my journey with yoga in 2018, where the philosophies of the ancient wisdom transformed my life. This transformation inspired me to pursue my dreams of becoming a yoga instructor. I graduated in 2020, with 200 hours of accredited training from Everyone Yoga School in Tulsa, OK.
I specialize in Vinyasa Flow, breathwork, meditation, and alignment-based practices, emphasizing the importance of mindful living and movement of the body, mind, and spirit. I combine ancient wisdom with modern techniques, to meet you where you are on the mat. I blend embodied movement and breathwork to enhance the body and ease the mind, positively impacting the inner being through mindful living. My approach is rooted in the belief that yoga is not just a practice or poses, but a way of life that leads to profound personal growth and transformation.
At Home Body Holistic Studio, I strive to create a serene and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome, loved, and safe to express themselves. I am passionate about building a community of strong, fierce individuals who support and encourage each other’s growth and expansion. More than anything, I love connecting with other yogis, sharing my passion for mindful movement, and fostering a space where intentional living thrives. Join me at Home Body Holistic Studio and embark on a journey towards a more balanced, mindful, and empowered life.
When I’m not at the studio you’ll find me spending time in nature, hiking with my partner and dogs, sipping on some home-brewed kombucha, and supporting local & queer businesses in Northwest Arkansas.

LCSW / Licensed Therapist
LCSW / Licensed Therapist.
Hey there friend,
I'm Bobbi Moon
As a Licensed Therapist/LCSW and owner and operator of Home Body Holistic Studio, I am your compassionate healing guide. I’m thrilled to hold space for your healing journey. As a therapist, I’m committed to my own healing path every single day. Just like you, I’m a healing human navigating life’s twists and turns. Together, we’ll explore stillness, peace, and transformation.
My mission is to create a nurturing space that feels like home—a sanctuary where authenticity thrives. Here, healing isn’t just a process; it’s an invitation to rediscover your true self.
In 2018, I graduated from Park University in Kansas City, and my path led me to these rolling hills. Northwest Arkansas stole my heart and I’ve been here ever since. I began my journey as a therapist working with children and families. I currently enjoy working with a diverse age range from children to adults as we all have vastly different life experiences. You may be curious about what approaches I will use in our sessions. I am trained in Somatics, Mindfulness, Parts Work, Strengths Based, Persons Centered, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. I am also heavily influenced by the teachings of EMDR and Poly Vagal Theory.
As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ and queer community, I live this experience. I bring that authenticity to our sessions. Healing isn’t about changing; it’s about meeting ourselves where we are.
I believe we are living & breathing collection of all our life experiences. Healing with me will give us the opportunity to reparent yourself while giving yourself full autonomy, love, and safety.
I value a holistic approach to healing, where we prioritize your mind body & soul- all interconnected. Together, we’ll explore the sacred art of being, getting to know the depths of yourself, unraveling roots and finding home within.
When I’m not in the studio you’ll find me basking anywhere the sunshine exists, out for a hike with my partner and dogs, connecting with humans (or dogs) at local businesses, having a dance party with Grace, or finding a cozy spot to read a good book.

Shared Vision
In 2020, Bobbi and Grace’s shared vision ignited a spark—the dream of their own holistic studio. Grace, fresh from yoga teacher training, and Bobbi, a children’s therapist, envisioned a space where mind, body, and soul could harmonize.
Today, that dream flourishes as Home Body Holistic Studio—a sanctuary where community thrives.

In the Ozarks
Bobbi and Grace are honored to open this healing sanctuary in the heart of Northwest Arkansas’s Ozarks, with our doors open in Fayetteville. Bobbi and Grace celebrate the healing power of connection, well-being, and the profound depths of existence.
Their love for this region runs deep—the rolling hills, the vibrant culture, and the warmth of the people. They’ve fallen head over heels for Northwest Arkansas, and now, they’re here to spread light, love, and transformation within an already wonderful community of humans.

Inclusive Space
Bobbi and Grace recognize the welcoming spirit of this community, yet they’ve noticed a gap—a longing for a safe, inclusive space specifically for queer individuals.
Home Body Holistic Studio aims to fill the gap. Here, queer folks can find solace, explore their inner selves, and heal without fear or judgment.
It’s a place where acceptance, authenticity, and growth intersect—a space that feels like home for all who seek healing.
